Our TV Repair Process

Here we find the fault and possible cause of the fault (full diagnostic check)

Repair is costed, this is,  cost of repair = cost of spare part(s) if needed plus cost of labour (no hidden charge)

The customer is updated with the repair cost.

If no spare part is needed or spare is in stock, repair is done the same day. if spare part(s) is out of stock, our turnaround time will be the time of delivery of spare part from the manufacturer, this is usually 2 to 3 working days (sometimes more)

Common Tv Repair Faults We Handle;

• No Power problem
• TV Power stays on standby mode
• TV Power OFF and ON, or Power OFF while viewing
• Sound present but no Picture
• Picture Present but no Sound
